I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a B.A.
in psychology. I then attended the Saint Louis University
School of Law where I graduated as a Law School Scholar in
1992. Since graduating from law school, I have concentrated
on assisting individuals and businesses who need affordable legal
services. I have participated in jury trials throughout
the State of Missouri. In addition, I have successfully
argued appeals to the Missouri Supreme Court, Missouri Court of
Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth
Circuit.
I am a member of the Missouri Bar and the American Trial Lawyers
Association. In 2000, I was awarded the Warren Welliver Award
by the Missouri Bar for my work with the Missouri Lawyers
Assistance Committee. I served as chairman of that committee
from 2004 through 2006.
I look forward to working with you. My advice to anyone
who is looking for an attorney is to remember one thing: you
do not work for your attorney, your attorney works for you. I
never forget that.
